HIGHLIGHTS August 2008: - Best Stud Dog, Great Dane Club of Canada National Specialty October 2006: - 4th place in the large Stud Dog Class and 4th place in the American Bred Class, Great Dane Club of America National Specialty - 2nd place in the Brace Class along with his sons Trick (Am BPIS Can Ch Striders Trick Daddy) and Hawk (Can Am Ch Striders Nighthawk). . July 2006: -Two Group 2nd's, a Group 4th and a Group 1st over two shows in July/August May 2006: - Reserve Best in Show along with a Group 3, over a 3 day show in Winnipeg August 2005: - First U.S. Major at the Heart of Minnesota Specialty with a Winners Dog win July 2005: - Award of Merit at the 2005 Great Dane Club of Canada National Specialty Show March 2005: - His first weekend shown as a Special, Mac picked up a Group 3 - Mac also picked up his nickname "Mr Happy" as he had a great time and schmoozed the crowd the whole weekend, greeting everyone like long lost friends :-) July 2004: - Obtained Canadian Championship at 16 months of age, taking BOB over a Special 3 out of 4 days April 2004: - Won his 9-12 mth class both days as well as Reserve Winners Dog to the major 1 day at teh Great Dane Club of Greater Kansas City specialty shows March 2004: - Mac went to his first show at 11 months of age and came home with Winners Dog all 3 days, a Best of Breed win and a Best Puppy in Group. - 2nd Overall in the All Breed 6-18mth Puppy Sweeps. - Two weeks later Mac picked up more points, taking Winners Male, Best of Winners and another Best Puppy in Group |
